Amanda Moon. It's been months but Heidi's back and returning with a great interview of Amanda Moon discussing Pilates and Pregnancy.
Amanda is a Pilates instructor in Nashville, Tennessee and also a new Mom. Her daughter Lilly is now 5 months old and inspired her Mom to specialize in teaching Pilates to pre- and post-natal women.
They talk about the incredible changes a woman's body goes through during and after pregnancy, modifications to the Pilates repertoire.

Eme Cole. On this week's episode Heidi interviews Pilates instructor and author Eme Cole. Eme owns and teaches at her own studio in Chicago, Illinois and has worked very hard to compile much of the Pilates exercises into a series of manuals. The 5 manuals frame over 1400 pictures and give cuing that is neutral in description, to inspire instructors from all different backgrounds. Think of her manuals as an "encyclopedia of exercises." It is a very interesting project and she's asking for your help to make the manuals even better!

Regina May De Los Reyes. This week Heidi conducts her first international interview with Filipino Pilates instructor Regina May De Los Reyes. Regina received her Stott Pilates certification in San Diego, California and currently teaches in Manila.
A universal story we all share as Pilates teachers around the world: Pilates is changing lives! As students and teachers we are noticing something about Pilates that is different than just walking on the treadmill. It spills over into our daily lives.
